Group Therapy

Group therapy is wonderful way to build confidence, connect more fully to your internal experience, and expand your capacity for fulfilling relationships. Long term groups allow us to develop ongoing relationships with members where we can learn about ourselves and our relational dynamics, attend to social anxiety and isolation, and strengthen communication skills.

My current group is a weekly process group for adults meeting virtually on Wednesdays from 1-2:15pm. Starting May 2024
